Job Description
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure vessel transaction payments are made and collected timely.
Collecting All Original Documents and send to the buyer by mail and Courier.
Documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors and other third-party industry providers.
Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods & products.
Responsible for negotiating with a variety of people, such as shippers, Agents and vendors and expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers by coordinating with Export Document Personnel.
