She will have to closely track the shipment status and keep the customer informed along with other parties, which include the customs clearance team and the operations team.
Take freight Rates from the shipping lines and forwarders.
Prepare Delivery order for the shipment.
Verified the draft HBL and MBL.
Update DSR and MIS.
