currently my profile is handling the LCL customer service & Documentation & Account.

 2) Handling clients properly

3)Quoting freight rates to the clients on behalf of Sales.

 4)Follow up for the quotations sent to the client

5) Updating the client with the status

 6) Provide back up to the sales

7) Sending prealerts/tracking reports

8) Stuffing/selling information send to the customer

9) Coordination with head office/other branch office

10) Coordination with customer 1

1) Doing Entries in efreight for export & some integrity shipments also

12) Coordination with CHA/ S.lines/vendors/Co loaders

13) Handeling whole account LCL of corporate customer

14) Handeling Transportation & Costal movement ofLCL

15) Sending DSR for regular customer in export

16) sometimes follow up from customer for payment

17) Generate invoice from efreight & send it to customer.
