Job Description
Send introduction letters to potential customers around the world as per given training upon joining
Reply to Customers inquiry received through Website, other promotions or references
Communicate with them through Calls/Emails/Whatsapp and convert the inquiries into Order
Once the order is done, communicate with suppliers and place the order and do the necessary follow-ups with suppliers to complete the order in time
Communicate with CHA, inquire freight cost with various CHA, Negotiate and get best freight cost and finalize with one
Prepare all Export & Custom related Documents, then arrange material delivery at the port and follow all other necessary procedure until the customer gets to receive the shipment at destination
Prepare all incentive & DGFT related documents and complete all procedures
