Planning and Negotiating Contracts with Forwarders for export and import related requirements. Handle Customs and CHAs.
Pre-alert for shippers/consignees.
Customs clearance- Operation.
Invoicing to shippers/FAC Billing/overseas debit notes.
Quote to shippers. Freight Optimization in Cost and Delivery.
Status report.
Contact to existing shippers for new shipments.
Approve debit note, transporter bills, shipping line invoices.
