To complete all Fedex import clearance formalities in Homyar .
To coordinate with the CHA , Fedex , and the consignee for customs clearance .
To update the clearance status in Fedex system and send daily reports to all concerned.
To send all charges to Accounts for billing .
To achieve the Service Excellence and the MIS of the department
