Job Description

This position will lead end to end logistics function of HFIL Drive performance, improvement and operations of both up and down stream logistic function 



- The role will be required to work with a wide network of cross functional stakeholders to drive the Strategic Business Agenda 



- With a cognizance on improving the top and bottom-line performance across the value chain, he or she would be defining and implementing required SCM strategies



- Ensure the fulfillment rate defined by the Management objective is upheld and ensured Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the same 



- Drive and Manage downstream transportation, ie from Depot to Distributors 



- Lead change management process related to logistics to improve the overall efficiency Monitoring Vehicle and Driving Utilization on daily basis.

A model plant of its times was set up at:- Haldiram's House; 880, Small Factory Area, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. In a very shot span 'Haldiram' developed into a brand and became an inseparable part of every occasion.
