Job Description
e/She should be well aware of the benefits the government of India is offering to SME for exports and what are the various organizations dealing with the same.
2) He/She should be well aware of sea shipments and should have handled FCL based shipments and all the documents relating to it and how to route through banks, different payment terms etc.
3) Should be able to liaison with various organizations like ECGC, DGFT, ICC, Chemexcil for our country-specific requirements.
4) Should have knowledge about stuffing procedures, cutoffs and all other parameters required, preferable if he has knowledge of documentation with software like Export Genius etc.
5) Should be able to negotiate well with agents, freight forwarders and shipping lines and get us the best quotations in shortest times. |
