Job Description
Communicating with International Client on email, WhatsApp for product marketing.
· Servicing Customer for Pre Sales and Post Sales Support
· Preparation of Quotation/Tender /P I
· Export and Import Documentation for customs and pre & post shipment formalities
· Follows up with the plant on orders and sampling status
· Coordination with CHA and freight forwarding Agents
· All kind of back office work pertain to Import & Export
· International Market Research and developing marketing strategy
· Digital marketing activities vis. Social media marketing etc.
· EXPLORING AND DEVELOPING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN OVERSEAS MARKET
· GENERATE LEAD AND EXPORT SALES
· Knowledge in web technologies, mobile and IT domain an added advantage
