Job Description

• 
  Daily Receipt of Finished Goods from Production


• 
  Preparation on Packing Slip / Delivery challan based on daily dispatch plan and maintaining comprehensive dispatch data sheet/record.


• 
  Daily arrangement of suitable vehicle according to the dispatch plan (PAN INDIA & Exports exposure for all mode of transports i.e. Road-Rail-Air)


• 
  Keeping daily track of all dispatches to make sure timely delivery of material and maintaining record of all proof of deliveries (POD).


• 
  Export and Import rate negotiation with forwarders, placement of container vehicles as per requirement, co-ordination with forwarders, suppliers, customers, CHAs w.r.t. to imports/exports shipments


• 
  Rate negotiation and finalising annual rate contracts with transporter for all incoming and outgoing material


• 
  Verification of Transporters / Forwarders bills w.r.t. contracted rates


• 
  Handling reverse logistics arrangements (i.e. sold goods return from customer)


• 
  Finished Goods Stock Management- Maintaining FG stock of all categories of goods for given locations and batches. Taking physical verification of stock at stated interval and ensuring that there shall not be any mismatch in physical stock.
