Job Description

1.Monitoring day to day shipment activity of Imports and Exports, meeting promised SLA. 

2.Daily activity on google spreadsheet, FLICSOFT ERP tool- Maintaining the trackers with up-to-date shipment status. 

3.Regular follow-ups with agents, CHA's for clearance activity. Forwarding clearance instructions on time. 

4.Scrutinising Freight bills, duty challans and other transporter bills for domestic payments and liaising with finance team. 

5.Ensuring Post shipping document flow (B/E). Re-filing with customs. 

6.Sharing the logistics cost reports & metrics to Finance and Business Developments teams on a regular basis. 

7.Escalating shipment issues, blockers to concerned SPOCS within and outside teams in prescribed TAT. 

8.Would be the first point of contact for any Logistics Ops activity - (Air, Sea) 

9.Well versed with aspects of International Freight Forwarding, INCOTERMS, Duty Structure, HTS, Customs clearance. 

10.Hands on experience in handling shipments from China, Hong Kong etc. 

11.SAP Purchase, ERP knowledge preferred.
