Job Description

• 
  Preparation of Export and Import Checklist on Software i.e. Visual Impex


• 
  Coordination with Shipping Line and Airlines


• 
  Check Daily Status of Shipment-Air & Sea on ICEGATE and Update MIS accordingly


• 
  Maintain all related files of custom clearance like- Custom Notification, KYC, GATT. Declaration.


• 
  Co-coordinating with party for payment of shipping line charges, custom duty and plan for the release of shipment.


• 
  Prepare the documents for IGM & Delivery order.
