Job Description



  • Internal and External Coordination with Clients fulfilling the Freight request


  • Rate Negotiation with empanel Agents, Subagents, Co loaders, Airlines & Shipping Line to support sales.


  • Day to day update to Customer with regards to shipment


  • Timely update of Logi sys tracker updating customer remarks


  • Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationship with respect to stake holders and provide highest level of customer satisfaction.


  • Ensure timely response time on customer (Internal/External) requirements


  • Proactive approach towards resolving any transaction disputes with respective to stake holders


  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.


  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
