Job Description
Internal and External Coordination with Clients fulfilling the Freight request
Rate Negotiation with empanel Agents, Subagents, Co loaders, Airlines & Shipping Line to support sales.
Day to day update to Customer with regards to shipment
Timely update of Logi sys tracker updating customer remarks
Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationship with respect to stake holders and provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely response time on customer (Internal/External) requirements
Proactive approach towards resolving any transaction disputes with respective to stake holders
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
