Job Description
1. Ensure process flow as per process flow diagram
2. Quality inspection with the help of all related stage inspector and preparation of quality reports related to
Primary stage inspection- daily.
Final stage inspection- lot wise ( container wise ) containing MPI, Hardness, gauge inspection, visual inspection.
Repairing details month wise ( gauge repairing / weld repairing )
Analysis of third party inspection report.
Packaging report- item no- heat no- qty.
Heat data base container wise.
3 3rd Party handling as per monthly dispatch schedule.
