• 
  Acquisition & maintaining major key accounts of company & expanding services


• 
  Understanding needs of customers Sales for both Air and Ocean Division (Exports & Imports) and guide them with efficient Logistics solutions (Air/Sea)


• 
  Updating of Sales reports as per Companys policy.


• 
  Assisting Commercial team for Payment Collection


• 
  Travelling to customer sites for face-to-face meetings to gather information about their business & identify Opportunities for solutions.


• 
  Meeting customer requirements for smooth handling of Freight as well as clearance as per the SOP agreed with customer


• 
  Preparation of International bidding and RFQ documents along with Sales support & procurement.


• 
  Preparation of SOPs as per customers requirement in order to share complete handling information with Operations
