Job Description

• 
  Coordination with Production for FG Material , looking after FG store, FG inventory management .

• 
  Independently handle Export , Non commercial & Domestic shipment

• 
  Packaging of export cargo

• 
  Pre & post shipment-Documentation, - preparing export Invoice, packing List, Airway/Bill of lading / SLI

• 
  checking of SB checklist (DBK, MEIS, LUT/IGST) details /, draft Airway Bill / Bill of Lading

• 
  applying for Certificate of Origin, GSP , SAFTA Cert & AIFTA Cert. ,

• 
  Independently handle CHA, freight forwarders, shipping agent, Transporter about shipment pickup and execution

• 
  Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders , Shipping Agents regarding shipments clearance and documentation
