Candidate to have at least 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry. This position demands experience in all activities related to customer service.
* Good communication skills & ability to correspond with the customers directly is a prerequisite.
* Ability to communicate with overseas agents, handling customer queries & complaints, clients’ servicing & relationship management
