Job Description

• 
  Generate booking report on daily basis, match with inyard received from the operation team. Clearing discrepancies.


• 
  Checking pod with inyard and report, Solving Pod discrepancy, In case of shut out containers send notification


• 
  Roll over and cancellation of bookings/BL on timely basis follow up with back office for necessary action follow up for containers VGM not received


• 
  Send notification to customers after receipt of loading report of all vessels.


• 
  In case of part shut out-lot break. - inform customer & send request to customer to send revise SI accordingly and follow up for till the draft bl is generated.
