Job Description

• 
  Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.


• 
  Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.


• 
  Ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.


• 
  Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.


• 
  Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles.


• 
  Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.


• 
  Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.


• 
  Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to the correct location.


• 
  Tracking of goods enroute to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.


• 
  Preparation of quotes for customers, which will involve examining
