Job Description

Transactional Quoting Prepare timely responses to all customer RFQ's in line with Move One stipulated guidelines for preparation of quotes with respect to margins, cost analysis and approved service providers. Ensure all system generated quotes are prepared with all mandatory fields completed, also indicating details of vendor(s) used, revenue and profit estimates and supported by all applicable terms and conditions Quote Tracker System Updates Record basic customer information, key RFQ details and dates for each inquiry in the Master Quote Tracker to maintain visibility; Ensure regular follow- ups on all pending quotes and status updates for all system generated quotations. Further ensure rate feedback is provided to vendors from whom rates have been procured. Prepare sanitised weekly summary report of
