Job Description

• 
  Handling of Key Customer Accounts including projects (imports) as and when assigned.


• 
  Preparation of quotations & Tenders for importers in India & Overseas Agents. Large value/vol. or turnkey jobs.


• 
  Supervision of complete Import Dept. related activities for timely clearances and compliances of all Import Jobs.


• 
  Training and development of team members


• 
  Providing consultation to customers/agents on customs, exim related matters.


• 
  Attending to any special requirements/grievances/billing issues of import customers.


• 
  Meeting prospective customers for discussion of new projects or presentation of EXG.


• 
  Customer Relationship Management.


• 
  Cost reduction and Process improvement initiatives+
