Job title: AVP - Fundamental Research Analyst
Job location: Mumbai
Educational qualification: CFA or MBA (Finance) + NISM Certified Research Analyst
Skills required:
• Equity Research
• Company and Industry Analysis
• Building Financial Models and Valuations
• Strategy and Report writing
• Analytic and problem-solving skill
• General computer skills: MS Office, Access, VBA
• Software Skills: ACE Equity, Bloomberg, Capital Line
KRAs:
• Identification of Investment Ideas, Understanding Market trends and Financial statements
• Preparing Financial Models, formulating projections and performing different valuation techniques like
• DCF, SOTP, NAV and Relative valuation
• Interpreting Financial data for determining past financial performance and projecting the financial probability of process
• Investigating and Understanding key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear, concise and timely analysis and investment recommendations
• Meeting Key Management personnel to initiate coverage in the form of detailed research report
• Focus on Companies Undergoing special situations like Mergers, Acquisitions, Demergers, Deep Value, Rights Offering, Turnaround, Tender offer etc
• Forecasting and Assisting clients as per their Investment needs
• Product development based on Fundamental Research
CTC: Rs 15 lpa to Rs 18 lpa (depends on current CTC, qualification & relevant work experience) |
