Job Description
MEIS / Other Schemes Application preparation on DGFT E-Com.
Data Entry / Updation for export documents in SAP.
Follow up for Post Shipment documents ( Shipping bills, EGM and e-BRC )
Preparing statements : Online application fees and share same with Finance for accounting of charges.
Accounting of received MEIS licenses, maintain MEIS Passbook for sale/ transfer/ utilisation purpose.
Accounting of DBK received against Vehicle/ KIT Part and Spares Consignments ( SB-wise ). Maintaining MEIS & DBK Receivables details for management reporting purpose.
Daily check on DGFT server for uploaded shipping bills for application and report pending shipping bills list to CHA.
Updation of MEIS licence in data base at SB level and send same for registration and accounting.
Visit to DGFT for submission of application and letters as and when required.
Other : Executing Bank Guarantee for EPCG License ( Stamp Duty ), Bond Notarisation for EPCG import.
Record keeping ( submit application and post export documents )
