  Communicating & Corresponding with Shipper / Exporter.

  Knowledge of Export – Bill of Lading, GSP, Certificate of Origin, L/C


• 
  Updating Shipment details in Excel Sheet.


• 
  Co-ordinate with Shipping Line to Release the Bill Of Lading.


• 
  Mainten Daily Bill Of Lading Report.


• 
  Updating container gate in / docs’ handover status to the shipper.


• 
  Solving customer queries received through mail and telecom


• 
  Customer co-ordination and communication
