  After getting inquiry from shipper follow up till closing enquiry.


• 
  Getting rates from Shipping line & negotiation with them to match indication.


• 
  Sending our quotation to shipper & closing inquiry.


• 
  After confirmation placing booking with carrier & follow up with carrier.


• 
  Keeping track of shipment till departure & checking invoice of carrier.


• 
  Preparing cost sheet for all shipment.


• 
  Sending fund request on timely basis & follow up for approval


• 
  Follow up for outstanding payment with respective customer.


• 
  Handling overseas & other RFQs received from overseas desk or other branch offices.


• 
  Compete in online bidding & RFQS received from Customers & Overseas.
