Minimum of 3 - 4 years in Air import freight forwarding. Coordinate bookings , documentation , and execution of routings for assigned shipments while keeping in constant communication with the customer and Over seas agents. Confirm and Issue arrival notice. Obtain rate from over seas agents and airlines. Negotiate rates. Responsible for Customer satisfaction.
