Job Description

1. Basic knowledge of Export/Import

2. Export document Enlargements with Banks

3. Submission of Import Bill of Entries in Banks

4. Checking shipping bill checklist

5. Approval of Draft of bill of lading

6. Coverage of insurance of all Import/Export consignments with concerned insurance agencies

7. Post export documentation (Bill of lading, Certificate of origin)

8. Co-ordination with concerned CHA'S

9. Making import entries in accounting system (SAP)

10. Making Export Documents (Invoice, Packing list and GST Invoices) in SAP

11. Making application of DFIS (Duty free import scheme)

12. Submission of export data to export promotion council on monthly/quarterly basis

13. Assist in work, doing all jobs which are assigned by HOD like IP related work, KYC submission to Shipping line , preparing documents for MEIS licence, preparation of any documentation required for any purpose for any Company related work
