Job Description
Role Overview:
1. Well-versed and practical experience in Foreign Trade transactions
2. Planning for Imports and its payment
3. Applications for Import LCs, Obtaining Buyers Credit/SBLC & Advance Payment
4. D/A, DP, TT Shipment Instructions to supplier
5. Usance Documents Acceptance & Retirement of documents
6. Co-ordination with clearing agents
7. Advance licence utilization reports
8. Documentation & knowledge of High seas Sales/Purchase and FTWZ Imports
9. Co-ordination with suppliers, Transporter
10. Preparation and knowledge of 15CB and 15CA of Interest payment of BC/SBLC
11. MIS reports on payment of buyers credit/LCs retirement /DA/DP/TT Payments
12. Stock maintaining
13. Prepare MIS reports of Export & Import registers outstanding payments, DBK, MEIS Pending Report, etc
14. Responsible for Exports/Merchant Exports/Deemed Exports & Imports Customs Clearance with Clearing Agents, Documentation and co-ordination with Freight Forwarders, Transportation/ Trailer
15. Overseeing that the production target is achieved with acceptable quality & quantity complied with customer P.O. requirements.
16. Handling and keeping track of Shipments under MEIS License and Drawback, Advance License record and ensuring timely Closer of License.
17. Liasioning with and handling multiple Banks for Export related document till obtaining BRC’s
