Job Description
Part time: 10.00 am - 2.00 pm Monday to Friday
Qualification: Bachelor's degree. Preferably with a course in Import / Export Procedures.
Work experience: Min. 2 yrs - Max. 5 yrs
Role:
- Receive shipping schedules, documents from overseas principal and forward by email to customers.
- Prepare Proforma Invoice, receive Purchase Order, Letter of Credit from customers and send to overseas supplier for shipment arrangements.
Should be fluent in English (spoken and written), good communication skills and can independently handle email communication with overseas companies.
