Job Description
Performs the day to day execution of tasks assigned to the Process Teams that includes one or more of the
following (but not limited to)
o
Support Ticket Handling/Management (Email)
o
Execution & handling of Export & Import Shipment related tasks
o
Rate/Contract Filing & Billing
o
Equipment management & updates
o
Vessel Schedule (Feeder/ Mainline) creation & Updates
o
Vendor/Partner Onboarding
o
EDI & EMS Error clearance and Support wherever possible.
o
Data quality input check and follow ups with Agents
o
Reporting and Analytics.
Responsible for adhering to process SOPs and SLAs as defined.
Accountable for achieving customer satisfaction on case by case, at the interaction level.
