Job Description
Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities.
Prepare Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents like Packing List, Shipping details, Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C documents, and/or Bill of lading, Pro forma invoice & Commercial invoice.
Co-ordinating with shippers for documents.
Assist in preparation of Import/Export related documents, pre and post shipment documents.
Responsible for tracking and releasing shipment.
Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
Graduation in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
The Candidate should have minimum 2 years or more experience.
Knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs documentations and formalities.
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent team player; flexible to work across business need.
Skilful usage of Microsoft Office software in business document and presentation, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
