5. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

9. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
