Job Description
1. Develop a new business market for our spices products.
2. Should be able to do email conversation and need to make calls in different countries.
3. Branding & Promotion: E-Flyer, Social Media updating.
4. Costing & quotation calculation.
5. Planning about execution of shipment- shipment month, delivery time, payment term etc with new client. Making contracts and following the norms as per contract.
6. Handle existing clients of the company, order and payment follow up.
7. Preparing and processing documents like pro-forma invoice, pre-shipment, post- shipment documents.
8. Coordination and follow-ups with Logistics, CHA and buyers for on time delivery.
9. Handling complete sample procedure: To dispatch/receive and related documents.
