Job Description
Gathering market and customer information and creating a database of prospective customers in overseas market
· Acquire new customers in the overseas market and generating sales through exports.
· Maintain and manage relations with existing customers in international market.
· Handling and generating enquiries from B2B portals.
· Responding to all enquiries generated in stipulated time with accurate, rapid cost calculations and quotations.
· Negotiation with customers on terms of agreement like prize, credit, delivery and shipping terms.
· Finalization and generation of purchase order and closing export sales.
· Co-ordination with other departments for order status. Acting as a communication link between customers and interdepartmental communication.
· Achieving or exceeding export sales target for the month in exports.
· Representing Globe star Engineers India Pvt Ltd at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in India and overseas.
· Assisting in domestic sales within state and India, tenders, etc. as and when required.
· Achieving all KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets.
· Timely reporting of Sales & Marketing MIS in ERP.
· To execute in timely manner all the tasks as delegated by management or any other competent authority.
