Job Description


·         Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business Objectives and international sales targets.



·         Identify and explore new market opportunities, assess market demands, and competitor activities to formulate effective marketing strategies.



·         Build and Maintain relationships with international buyers, agents and key accounts to expand the company’s global distribution network.



·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Production team, logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.



·         Monitor and analyse sales data, market demands, and competitors’ activities to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.



·         Represent the company at international trade exhibitions,conferences, and events to showcase our products and services and establish valuable connections with potential international clients. This includes planning and coordinating all aspects of participation, such as booth set-up, Products demonstrations and attending networking events.

 



Qualification and Skills:



·         Master’s degree in Business administration and Marketing or related Field. MBA is preferred.



·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing within the food Industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.



·         In-depth knowledge of international markets, Export regulations, documentations and distribution channels within the food industry.



·         Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.



·         Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with international partners and clients.



·         Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.

 



Job types: - Full-time, Permanent.
