Job Description
Responsible for Handling freight inquiry Hazardous and non Hazardous cargo.
Negotiation with forwarders and preparation of Cost sheet.
Effective Co–Ordination with CHA (Clearing House Agent) for Export & Import Cargo clearance.
Knowledge of container booking and placement for stuffing at factory on dispatch schedule.
Preparation & Finalization of pre & post shipment documents.
Well versed with EXIM clearance procedures, IMDG & INCO terms.
Experience in dealing with ISO Tank of Europe and USA.
Able to arrange EXIM logistics.
Checking and approving warehouse bills for Europe and USA.
Checking of CHA, Forwarder, Transporter & Vendor bills & process in SAP.
Tracking EXIM shipments and update concern departments.
Suggesting and Implementation of Cost Reduction Programs in day to day activities.
