• 
  Timely Converting Purchase Indents into Purchase orders with coordination from CD-Purchase.


• 
  Timely Create/Update vendor registration, raw material lead time and logistic follow-up in Navision system.


• 
  Sharing information to requester for raw material availability at vendor end against Purchase Order w.r.t Quantity & Lead Time.


• 
  Timely Float RFQ to forwarders, compare Freight Charges and send the agent detail to foreign vendor as per forwarder confirmation.


• 
  Timely Check the status of Import Material, Vessel/Flight schedule and update to concern department.


• 
  Maintain import supplier material sheet, Purchase records and related Documents.


• 
  Timely Follow-up for shipping Documents from import vendors.


• 
  Timely sharing the shipping documents to CHA, DPD or for pre-customs Procedure.


• 
  Follow-up for Cargo Arrival notice from Forwarder and ask for IGM detail & CAN copy.


• 
  Follow-up for Checklist from the CHA as per Advance, EPCG License.


• 
  Confirmation to CHA to proceed for Bill of Entry w.r.t shipping Documents.


• 
  Resolve Grievances if any to clear the goods at port or in Customs.


• 
  Coordination with Finance department for timely Duty Payment, vendor Payment, CHA charges, Forwarder charges and Transporting agency fees along with CE certificate charges and CA certificate charges


• 
  Follow-up with transporter for the vehicle status/arrangement and share the information to store for unloading.


• 
  Maintain, Check, and send the Documents or invoices of CHA, Transporters & forwarding Agencies bills with quotation to account department and other expenses related to Import.


• 
  Share the Air shipment cost to concern authority.
