· Prior experience of promoting services of forwarding (Import/ Export) or Custom Clearance will be an added advantage.
· Go getter attitude with good communication skills.
· Someone who has passion for Sales and Marketing and would love to interact and meet people.
Job Description for Sales role :
· To locate Importers and Exporters in Kolkata location and sell our International freight forwarding service.
· To market and promote services of International freight (Break bulk, ODC Cargo, Project Cargo) and custom clearance.
· To visit new prospective clients regularly minimum 3 – 4 sales/personal visits calls in a day
· Prepare visit plans for the week and reports of visits made during the week.
KINDLY NOTE BELOW IMPORTANT POINTS :
· We are looking for candidates with long term commitment ie. for minimum 2years (this is not a contract job). Salary is not a constraint once candidate start giving results. Salary can be increased in 6 months time if candidate onboards prospective and potentials customers which add to revenue of company. They will be trained in handling sales related job and in case of any circumstances if they wish to resign from your services before completion of 2 years with us, they will be not provided Experience and Relieving documents.
· Candidates for short term or Part time job DO NOT APPLY. Sales trainee will accompany the manager for few days for handholding and learning the sales/marketing skills and technique how to tap the customers.
