Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Export Operations Coordinator with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive attitude to assist managers and partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Export Documentation:
o Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.
o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export standards.
2. Order Management:
o Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to manage orders.
o Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
3. Communication and Coordination:
o Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
o Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
4. Administrative Support:
o Assist managers and partners with day-to-day operational tasks.
o Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence as required.
5. Inventory and Logistics Management:
o Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for exports.
o Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules and costs.
6. Data Management:
o Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and client communications.
o Generate regular operational reports for management review.
7. Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to exports.
o Stay updated on changes in export regulations and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
· 2-5 years of experience in export operations or a similar role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Knowledge of export documentation and compliance regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. |
