Job Description
Responsible for service delivery for Customer service team
Strong purchase order management capabilities
Co-ordinating with suppliers, shippers, CHAs, transporters, vendors, shipping lines & overseas offices and developing a good rapport for smooth operations
Conducting regular reviews with the Team, Reporting Manager, Branch operations, sales, KAMs and customers for process improvement
Ensuring complete adherence to processes & policies by the ocean freight team
Strategizing value addition to business
To handle exception situation and provide knowledge support to solve operational issues
Managing Internal KPIs, improve productivity and to work as team player on continuous improvement
Working closely with branch team to achieve internal and external benchmark |
