Job Description
· Research business opportunities in International Markets over the net, through Trade Associations, Trade Magazines and generate business leads.
· Communicate with potential customers and introduce the company's products and services to them.
· Preparing.. (1) Invoice in SAP (2) Packing List (3) Order Status (4) Enquiry Status (5) Quotations and documents as per requirement.
· Punching of PO, getting dispatch details and inspect material according to the packing list before dispatch.
· Co-ordination with customer and resolution of customer complaints.
· Co-ordinate for logistics.
· Follow up for the release of payment.
· Maintain confidential records related to agreements and certifications.
· Surfing for different service providers in international markets and establishing contact.
· Follow up e-mail communications and get it resolved.
· Get the documents duly stamped and signed from CII.
· Maintain a list of orders and their status.
· Take customer feedback.
· Provide certificates, test report and approvals according to the customer's requirement.
