Job Description
Local dispatch:
– Coordination with transporter
– Making invoice, road permits (form 402), and other dispatch related documents follow-up with transporter for delivery proof
– Communication with Internal department to avoid any difficulties during dispatch Export dispatch
– Floating inquires, collection of quotation from exporters
– Coordination with forwarder and shipping line for vessal availability – Booking of container and intimation to excise department for container sealing
– Arrangement fort container loading and coordination for transporter for container movement
– Preparation for pre export documents (like invoice, packing list, ARE 1, annexure A, STR declaration, duty drawback declaration, fema declaration, factory staffing report) and coordination with fumigation agency
– Visit to excise for export/ container sealing
– Coordination with CHA for custom clearance for export container
– Tracking of container – Collection of post export documents from CHA and forwarder (certificate of origin, shipping bill, mate receipt, custom attested ARE 1, landing certificate)
– Submissions of customers documents to accounts & customers Import
– Coordination with CHA for custom clearance
– Coordination with account department for duty payment and container bond
– Arrangement of container transportation and unloading stuff
– Tracking of container till back to shipping line Other responsibilities
– Negotiation and monitoring with transport companies, forwarders and CHA
– Preparation of Job work challans
– New duty credit script registration
– Preparation for form 403 for inbound logistics
– Maintaining dispatch register
– Calculation for MOT and Seal charges payment
– Checking of transporter and CHA Bills
– Organising different registration for ICD
– Measuring data for the freight charges
