Job Description
Responsible for providing monthly production plan for in house production, raw material procurement and vendors.
• To conduct ABC analyses based on monthly inventory sheet & submit reports to top management.
•To identify opportunities for inventory reductions in the stores department.
• Responsible for dispatch (export & Domestic) invoicing coordination with sales & Logistics team.
• Being the single point of contact between manufacturing operations & marketing to meet customer expectations.
• Support to Purchase and Logistics team, purchase Order preparation and timely ordering of materials of selected
group items.
• Analyze production specifications & plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine
Manufacturing process, tools & human resource requirements.
• Responsible for stores transactions & inventory management.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation reports to top management against the sales consumption.
• Responsible for providing forecast demand & consumption analysis to management on monthly basis.
• Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and
customer expectation.
