Job Description

 Customer Service Executive - Import Job Code: CSE - Import Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Description: • Coordinate with client • Coordinate with subordinates • Send payment request to account department • Address discrepancies to client and resolve • Delegating preparation of docket, tracking the shipment and obtaining GM from the Shipping Line. • Approach shipping line and obtain Invoice • Coordinate with Documentation department for checklist • Arrange to file Bill Of Entry and guide clearance team for the same. • Arrange to obtain DO and provide to operation team for delivery • Communicate with client on clearance status. • Obtain query matter is any from clearance team and report to client for resolving/addressing.

Send daily DSR to respective clients • Guide Transport team for managing container movement and update. • Coordinate internally and with client for extending validity of DO. • Gather all the relevant documents and prepare docket for timely billing. • Prepare internal statement report on daily basis and update management.

Send SOA to respective clients on weekly basis and follow up for payment. Functional Area: Import/Export Candidate Requirement • Graduation / Post Graduation. • Fresher or Experienced both can apply. • Knowledge of English verbal and written.

Requires good explanation and communication skills, Proactive approach. • Increase confidence level and problem solving attitude.
