Job Description



  1. Sales :


    1. Counsel and guide Export Import Management students to join into the Trade Fairs abroad.


    2. Follow-up of the data base of all past students


    3. Book enrollments for the trade Fair abroad


    4. Fees collections


    5. Bulk SMS & Emails


    6. Make presentations to students on the benefits of travel to such Trade fairs.


    7. Make presentation on the destination city / country / itinerary


    8. Handle telephonic inquiries




  2. Coordination for Foreign Travel


    1. Coordinate with our Travel Partner for foreign tours


    2. Liaison with the travel Partner for fees and receipts


    3. Help / coordinate for visas


    4. Distribute tickets etc


    5. Coordinating with students travelling




  3. Attributes


    1. Smart


    2. Fluent in Communication, English, Hindi & Gujarati


    3. Good knowledge of world and trades


    4. Go getter and persistent in achieving targets


    5. Good knowledge of MS Office and presentations


    6. Punctual, disciplines and alert




  4. Back ground :


    1. MBA with certificate / diploma course on travel


    2. Preferred if experience of minimum 1 year in travel industry


    3. PR skills a must


    4. Should be able to prepare MIS on students as inquires, as students etc




  5. Remuneration :


    1. Best in the Industry with chances of Growth


    2. After first 3 months, incentives shall be paid based on targets achieved and performance
