Job Description
Sales :
Counsel and guide Export Import Management students to join into the Trade Fairs abroad.
Follow-up of the data base of all past students
Book enrollments for the trade Fair abroad
Fees collections
Bulk SMS & Emails
Make presentations to students on the benefits of travel to such Trade fairs.
Make presentation on the destination city / country / itinerary
Handle telephonic inquiries
Coordination for Foreign Travel
Coordinate with our Travel Partner for foreign tours
Liaison with the travel Partner for fees and receipts
Help / coordinate for visas
Distribute tickets etc
Coordinating with students travelling
Attributes
Smart
Fluent in Communication, English, Hindi & Gujarati
Good knowledge of world and trades
Go getter and persistent in achieving targets
Good knowledge of MS Office and presentations
Punctual, disciplines and alert
Back ground :
MBA with certificate / diploma course on travel
Preferred if experience of minimum 1 year in travel industry
PR skills a must
Should be able to prepare MIS on students as inquires, as students etc
Remuneration :
Best in the Industry with chances of Growth
After first 3 months, incentives shall be paid based on targets achieved and performance
