Job Description

Recruitment & HR



  1. Creating Job Requisition - creating job postings for all job boards, consultants, referral mails etc


  2. Resume Screening - As candidates apply for positions, thoroughly screens each resume to determine appropriateness using the application tracking system.


  3. Conducting job interviews


  4. Be able to sift good profiles from job portals and social media


  5. Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process


  6. Responsible for all paperwork and joining formalities for new hires


  7. New joinee orientation and on boarding of employees


  8. Entries on Portal for the new joinees and updating the database on portal.


Admin Activities



  1. To be able to search for vendors for new purchases.


  2. To be able to coordinate with Accounts team for regular payments like Electricity, Mobile bills, rents etc.


  3. To ensure facility is neat and clean – get the same done through housekeeping staff


Attributes



  1. Ability to communicate at least in Hind & Gujarati


  2. Punctual, disciplined and alert


  3. Eager to learn and grasp


  4. Target oriented


 

Back ground :



  1. Graduate


  2.  Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience for HR activities


  3. Willingness to handle admin work too


 

Remuneration :



  1. Best in the Industry with chances of Growth


  2. Starting salary – 10k to 14k
