Job Description
Customer Care Responsibility:
To Assist Director Sales &Marketing within a time frame in all aspect related to Sales – Domestic as well as Export.Handling customer complaint and the information is promptly distributed to the relevant Department to investigate and to provide effective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence and potential occurrences.Timely correspondence /reply to all the work related mail/ enquiry.To ensure Execution of order/exportDocumentation/submission/collection of payment within stipulated time frame.Collection of C Form.Job Involves: Export, Import, Domestic and Customer complaint ManagementExperience in any paint Industry is an additional advantage.
Required experience: Sales & Marketing: 8 years
