Job Description
Documentation:
·Preparation of Pre-Shipment Export Documents like Custom Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, Annexure, DBK Check List, Certificate of Origin,. Coordinate with CHA to generate shipping bill
·Filing of Export license, and tracking DBK (drawback) payment in bank.
·Tracking client payments and maintaining BRC for all export shipment
·Preparation of Post-Shipment Export Documents like Bill of exchange, Declarations, Approving draft for Bill of Lading, generating Marine Insurance, etc. Filing Export DP/Collection Documents at Bank
·Preparation &upkeep of all the pre and post shipment document
·Maintain filling work and exim documentation record report
·Provide proper quotation to the customer & keeping track of order execution from receipt of order till dispatch
·Issuance of contract, proforma invoice & other pre and post shipment document
·Proper record keeping in soft and hard copy
Marketing
·marketing skills to generate buyers
·experienced in export marketing in fresh fruit and vegetables in international trading company
·contacting client to inform them about new development for the company product
·sales target achievement and product promotion , branding.
·Coordinate with supplier and buyers to ensure smooth cargo operation & expand the export market at international level
·Maintain a direct relationship with buyer & seller pertaining to all export /import operation
·Coordinate/Plan out with Logistics Company i.e. Freight Forwarder/Transporter & Clearing Agent for dispatching goods in containers from warehouse to port.
·Daily payment related followp with customer , supplier ,CHA/ forwarder, surveyors, transporters
·Think, Develop & Implement new strategies for the company to facilitate smoother functioning of procedures & growth of company.
·Good communication Skills, Dealing with Foreign Buyer & Agents
