Job Description
Monitoring Export Documents.(Pre Shipment & Post Shipment).Handling DEPB and DDB activity.Handling Export House Activity.Generating Bill of Export for Supply to EOU’s.Handling Letter of Credit.Preparing ARE-1 Form.Monitoring Exchange Rate Benefit on Monthly basis. Handling Export Audit for Yearly FOB Value. Monitoring timely receipt of EP Copy and ARE-1 for Rebate benefit and BOND Purpose.Handling CHEMIXCIL and ECGC Activity. Freight Negotiation with CHA.Coordinating with CHA for stuffing schedule.Coordinating with Bank for Payment and Preparing Bank Realization Certificate. Updating foreign buyers about shipment status.Managing the import and export operations, keeping compliance with custom laws, notifications, tariffs, EXIM policy and procedures, SEZ Act & Rules RBI rules and guidelines. Ensuring timely and maximum realization of export incentives.
