Job Description
-Inbound & outbound logistics – Goods receipts, transfers, Issues, sales postings & etc,
-Identification & proper storage of materials Location wise,
-Immediate retrieval & recovery of materials,
-Maintaining the stocks & inventories for the fast moving consumable items,
-Establishing the Min / Max level, reordering level for the regular consumable items,
-Transfer of materials / issues against the planned / production orders & etc.,
-Stocks reconciliation & perpetual inventory,
-Timely disposal of non-conforming parts & rejection return to the suppliers,
-Establish process flow for the materials with the concerned departments – Incoming to outgoing,
-Reduce time gap from in awarding of materials – QA clearances & submission of documents to accounts dept with proper decisions,
-Conversant & compliances to Warehouse management (WHM) in SAP,
-Conversant to latest data reading systems & implementation,
-Generation of MIS from SAP – Stock value analysis, consumption analysis, Fast /slow / Non-moving stocks analysis, Inventory ageing & etc.,
-Generation of sales Invoice in the system,
-Conversant with procedural formalities of Job work/Import/Export/N Form/R Form & etc,
-Interaction with logistics providers & forwarders,
-Finalization of transport contracts,
-Conversant with Handling of transactions pertaining to Octroi & recovery/refund,
-Conversant to ISO, EMS, HIRA, OHSAS Procedural related activities & implementation,
-Able to guide & lead the stores team.
